Why we fix computers
Through the years we have avoided repairing computers like the plague--not because we aren't good at it or because we don’t want to help our customers with their problems. It just seemed like whenever we offered to help one of our customers over the phone, a train wreck was inevitable. Communication problems were unavoidable, customers would become frustrated, and in the end, the computer would often still be broken.
So rather than do any repairs, we would refer our customers to other companies that repair computers. We still do this when it is in the best interest of our customers. What we have found, however, is that even though we only recommend companies we trust, misunderstandings often arise, customers are still often dissatisfied, and we end up spending hours on the phone attempting to get our customers back on-line.
In order to synchronize support services for our customers, Oglecom has decided to take the plunge and provide computer repair in tandem with our high-speed wireless Internet service. Oglecom Computer Repair services will be performed by our team of experienced industry veterans. This service will be directed primarily to our existing Oglecom customers, but it will also be available to other computer owners. Oglecom Computer Repair will share our Oglecom tradition of personal service, high quality, and fair pricing with our repair customers.
What we will and won't do
We will communicate.
If we provide your high-speed wireless Internet service, we already have a good idea of what's going on with your Internet connection. Now we'll also work with you to determine what's going on with your computer and to keep it running at top capacity.
We will come to your home or business to pick up your computer.
Show us the problem you are having, and we'll do some initial troubleshooting to verify the problem. We will disconnect your computer for you and bring it to Oglecom for an initial diagnosis. Click here for more details.
We will diagnose your computer's problems.
Once the computer is at our office, we'll examine it and discuss the results with you before doing any costly repairs. If and when we have your OK, we'll fix it ouselves or advise you as to how it can best be repaired.
We will bring your computer back to you.
Once your computer is up and running, we'll drop it off at your home and re-connect it to get you working, emailing, and surfing again.
We will offer maintenance services.

What we won't do:
We won't fail to talk to you about your computer's problems. We won't begin costly repairs without the OK from you. And we won't leave you high and dry with a computer that's repaired but not hooked up and running.
